A few thoughts I had this weekend.
1) Is it REALLY a problem that I would rather im somebody than talk to them on the phone? While I was having a phone conversation this Sunday, I kept thinking I would rather im with her. I do want to keep in touch, but the phone is slowly becoming anathema as a form of communication to me. And just so I'm clear, any hostility isn't directed at her. It's talking on the phone. So don't bother calling me. Just kidding... kind of.
2) The person to whom I was speaking currently has two occupations: a) actress - she had her first paid stage acting gig this weekend and b) dancer - in a fire dancing troupe. I, on the other hand, aspire to be a tax attorney. There must be something wrong here.
3) My greatest fear right now is the H5N1 virus aka the avian flu. One of today's headline in CNN news reads, "WHO: Human Flu Pandemic Inevitable". Uh oh for us. http://www.cnn.com/2005/HEALTH/conditions/11/07/bird.flu.who.ap/index.html
